Biography
Jillian Arnold is a passionate music educator and performer originally from Liberty, Missouri. She earned her Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Kansas, where she was actively involved in the Wind Ensemble, Symphony Orchestra, athletic bands, choir, and the Kansas Brass Quintet. During her undergraduate studies, Jillian discovered a deep love for teaching through leading low brass sectionals and working as a brass and visual technician for several public school band programs across Kansas and Missouri.
Currently, Jillian serves as a graduate teaching assistant for the tuba-euphonium studio and the Hawkeye Marching Band at the University of Iowa, where she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Tuba Performance. She is excited to continue growing as a musician and educator at the University of Iowa.
